Can I close on a property remotely if I live out of state?

Absolutely. We offer full remote closing services including e-signatures and remote online notarization where permitted by law. If you prefer an in-person experience but cannot travel to our offices in Cleveland, TN or Ringgold, GA, we can send a mobile closing agent to your location anywhere in our service area.

What is the difference between a title search and title insurance?
